How much does it cost to rent the Creative Content Studio

The Creative Content Studio is available at the rate of $75/hr with a 2-hour minimum. Creators can book the studio for up to 6 hours at time.
What equipment is available in the studio?

We provide adjustable/dimmable lighting, adjustable uplighting, and an adjustable greenscreen.
How much does it cost to book a technician?
Adding technicians to your package changes your rental rate only. Check out our pricing table:
- Sound OR Video Tech + Studio - $150/hr
- Sound OR Video Tech + Studio + Editing - $200/hr
- Sound & Video Tech + Studio - $225/hr
- Sound & Vido Tech + Studio + Editing - $325/hr
Can I bring my own technicians?

Absolutely! You are welcome to bring your own technicians or use our in-house experts to ensure a seamless recording experience.
Is the green screen included in the rental?

Yes, the green screen is included in the rental. It provides a versatile backdrop for creative content and can be easily folded and stored.
How long is the rental duration, and are there any time restrictions?

Rental durations vary based on your needs, and we offer flexible time slots. There is a 2hr. minimum. Contact our booking team for specific details on rental durations and any time restrictions.
Can I rent the Podcast & Vlog Studio for student projects?

Absolutely! The studio is an ideal space for student-led projects centered on content creation. We encourage educational endeavors and creativity.
Are there additional fees for equipment use?

Yes, There are additional fees for recording devices, sound equipment, microphones, cameras and tripods. Please inquire for specific details.
Is technical support provided during the recording session?

Yes, if a technician is hired or contracted for your session.
How much is the Post-Session Clean Up Cost?

Post Session Clean Up reset and cleans the room for you for a $50 fee.
How do I cancel or reschedule my booking?

Cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in our rental agreement. Please review the terms or contact our booking team for assistance.
Can I tour the Podcast & Vlog Studio before booking?

Yes, we encourage potential renters to schedule a tour of our studio. Contact our team to arrange a visit and see the facilities firsthand.
Are there any restrictions on content creation in the studio?

The Community Collective for Houston strictly prohibits smoking in the Creative Content Studio. Absolutely no nudity or indecent exposure. Parties must be less than 10 people.
Is there parking available for studio renters?

Yes, we provide ample parking, including designated Handicap spaces, for the convenience of our studio renters.
