CONCERT FAQ

What happened to THE PAULA ATHERTON & RONNIE COLEMAN SHOW?

We regret to share that City Lights & Love Notes: A Valentine's Jazz Affair, featuring Paula Atherton and Ronnie Coleman, Jr., will no longer take place on Saturday, February 14, 2026. We wanted to notify you as early as possible so that you have ample time to make alternative, wonderful plans for your Valentine's Day weekend.

Why was the concert cancelled?

The decision to cancel this performance was made at the sole discretion of the event promoter, Wise Zuri Entertainment. While The Collective was looking forward to hosting this Valentine’s celebration, the promoter has opted not to move forward with the event. We believe in transparency and want to ensure our guests are informed so they can plan their holiday with confidence.

How do I get my refund?

For all ticket and refund-specific inquiries, please contact the point of purchase directly through the promoter’s website at www.wisezuri.com.

Who can I contact for more information?

For specific questions regarding the cancellation itself or your ticket status, please reach out to Wise Zuri Entertainment via their website. For questions regarding other upcoming experiences at our venue, you may contact The Collective management directly.

Are other events at The Collective affected?

No. This cancellation is specific only to the Wise Zuri Entertainment Valentine's Jazz event. All other scheduled performances and community events at The Collective will proceed as planned. We look forward to seeing you at our other upcoming February engagements!
