Who's Who At Each Concert?
What role does The Collective play at the concert or event?
The Collective serves as the host venue, meaning that we rent our facility out to the event promoter, event organizer, and/or artist(s).
Does The Collective book the artists for every show?
No, we do not! While we host many events, most concerts are produced by independent Event Promoters. In these cases, the promoter chooses the talent, sets the schedule, and manages the lineup. The Collective serves as the professional host venue for the evening.
Who do I contact if the artist lineup changes?
Since talent booking is handled by the specific Event Promoter (e.g., 360 Advertising Agency), all inquiries regarding performers or schedule changes should be directed to them. We will always share updates on our pages as soon as the promoter notifies us!
THE MONEY (Refunds & tickets)
I need a refund for a cancelled or postponed show. Can The Collective help?
Because we are the venue and not the ticket merchant, The Collective never handles or holds your ticket funds. Refunds must be processed through your point of purchase (usually Ticketmaster or the specific promoter's website). We do not have access to your financial transactions to trigger refunds on our end.
My ticket says "Rescheduled." Is it still valid?
Generally, yes! Most promoters and Ticketmaster honor original tickets for new dates. However, please check the specific event page or your email from the ticket vendor for the official policy on that show.
COMMUNICATION
Why did I find out about a cancellation/change from a fan or the news before the venue posted?
We aim for total transparency! However, we can only officially announce changes once the Event Promoter confirms them with us. We appreciate your patience as we work to get the most accurate information to you.
How much is parking for concerts at The Collective?
To keep things simple and consistent, parking for all concert events is $10. We recommend arriving early to ensure a smooth entry before the show begins!
Seating & Venue Layout
Where can I find the seating chart for my event?
You can view our general venue layouts anytime on our official website. For specific ticketed events, the Event Promoter is responsible for uploading the exact seating chart to the Ticket Merchant (Ticketmaster) site.
Can I see the seating arrangement before the show?
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being an open and welcoming space. We invite guests and concert-goers to stop by the venue during business hours to see the setup for our different spaces in person. We want you to feel confident and excited about your seat!
